Nathan Miller

Nathan Miller is a founding partner in the law firm of Miller & Ayala, LLP.  Mr. Miller has significant expertise in the areas of business and commercial litigation and transactions.  He also devotes a considerable portion of his practice to personal injury matters.

Prior to co-founding Miller & Ayala, Mr. Miller built a successful solo practice, focusing on the areas of real estate law, contract litigation, and personal injury.  He proudly serves as counsel to some of the area's largest restaurants and commercial business.  Mr. Miller also serves as special counsel to Pangea Entertainment and A&R Worldwide, located in Beverly Hills, California. 

Mr. Miller has successfully handled hundreds of cases and has become one of the Central Valley's premier personal injury attorneys.  He has extensive experience in representing plaintiffs in wrongful death claims, actions against casinos, car and truck accidents, slip and fall cases, burn accidents, dog bites, battery, assault, and other matters.  He also has considerable expertise in filing claims on behalf of individuals who have been injured by drunk drivers. 

Mr. Miller obtained his Bachelor of Sciences with a major in pre-law studies from Fresno Pacific University.  He received his Juris Doctorate from the San Joaquin College of Law and has been admitted to practice in the State of California.  Mr. Miller is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association.

Mary Castro-Ayala

Mary Castro-Ayala is a founding partner in the law firm of Miller & Ayala, LLP.  Ms. Castro-Ayala is a family law attorney and civil litigator who has participated in high-profile divorce litigation and other complex matters in the Central Valley.  She also has significant expertise in DUI defense.  Ms. Castro-Ayala is known for providing sound legal advice and zealous advocacy for her clients.  She is a native resident of Fresno and values her strong ties to the local community.

Ms. Castro-Ayala is admitted to practice in the State of California.  She is a graduate of San Joaquin College of Law, where she graduated near the top of her class.  Ms. Castro-Ayala has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in criminology from Fresno State University.  She is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and the VIP Mentoring Program. 

Ms. Castro-Ayala has successfully represented individuals and corporations from the start of litigation through trial and entry of the judgment.  Her aggressive yet compassionate approach to dissolution actions and child custody matters puts her clients at ease.  Prior to co-founding Miller & Ayala, Ms. Castro-Ayala was an associate with the law firm of Pascuzzi, Moore & Stoker in Fresno, where she handled all of the firm's family law matters.
